Exchange and refund policy.

The client will have a period of fifteen days from the receipt of the order to return the purchased product.
The returned order must be sent with a note indicating whether you want to refund the amount or change the size.
You can return your products together with the delivery documentation, taking them or sending them by post. Please note that this documentation is necessary and the return can be accepted. In turn, you can do it by calling our customer service team, who will provide you with a discount voucher for a next purchase, the refund of your money or the exchange for another item.

The shipping costs are borne by the customer, if you decide the refund of the money will be deducted € 3.50 that corresponds to the collection of the package at your home or you can send it to any transport company.
The refund of your money is made in the same payment method that you used when placing your order.
The estimated time for your refund is 2-3 days.

For shipments to other countries it may take to receive your order in 5-10 days.

The customer may return any item that has been purchased as long as the products have not been used and retain their original label and packaging.
In these cases, the Seller will return the amount by the same means of payment.
